Seminar on Access to Documents in the EU and Beyond

Paivi Leino-Sandberg, will attend the Seminar on Access to Documents in the EU and Beyond on behalf of Access Info Europe. This seminar is organized by the Academy of European Law (ERA) and it aims to provide participants with answers to practical questions on access to information and documents in the European Union.

In the seminar, the participants will discuss on topics such as the right to information in the EUR, the national practice in access to documents or the recent case law regarding access to documents, among others.
